Product Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sunshine Spirit, and you can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase. When making a return, insure the item for it’s purchase price and pre-pay the shipping charges. If the return is due to a defective item or a packing error made by Sunshine Spirit, we will refund any shipping charges you had to pay to return the item.

Except when noted Sunshine Spirit will accept product for return or exchange under the following conditions:

• All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Sunshine Spirit before shipping any product to our offices.

• To receive a return authorization number, please contact the Customer Service Department at support@sunshinespirit.net or call our customer service department between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

• If possible, products should be returned in their original box. If not available, a strong box is requested to prevent product damage, or further product damage.

• In order to maintain quality and competitive prices the item (s) must be in new, unused, original condition as when the item (s) left our warehouse. Any item (s) returned that are used in any way will be refused without issuing a credit. You will be responsible for picking up the item (s) or prepaying to have the item (s) shipped back to you.

• Note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping container to speed up processing of your return/exchange.

• NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS of receipt of order without first getting approval or authorization from Sunshine Spirit.

• If an order needs to be cancelled, for any reason before it has been shipped, once the checkout process has been completed, there will be a  5% ($3.00 minimum) processing fee deducted from your total purchase price refunded to you. This covers the cost we incur to process and refund the charges to your credit card.

• There will be a 10% restocking fee for any items that are returned unless the following conditions apply - shipment error, defective or damaged product or exchanges. You will receive a full refund less the restocking fee, return shipping fee and original shipping charges.

• For any returns or exchanges involving our Windstone Editions Line, the following conditions will apply - The item must be in the original packing material, box and re-boxed again just as you received it. The Windstone Edition item and it's packing box must be free from any wear or defects. If there is any wear on the bottom felt, tags removed, or chips, mars, or any type of damage you will not receive credit for the item and the item will be returned to you at your cost. We are having a hard time with customers buying used Windstone Editions pieces from online auctions (i.e. eBay sellers) and then thinking they could buy new pieces from us and return their used eBay piece in it's place. We have zero tolerance to this scam so we can keep the integrity of our collection of Windstone Editions pieces for real collectors.

• For your health and safety Body Jewelry is not returnable or exchangeable.
